A supportive approach to potty training

We’re Hailey and Meagan, the sister duo behind We Like to Potty.

Hailey brings over a decade of experience as a preschool director, Special Ed teacher, and Applied Behavior Analyst therapist. Meagan provides the parent perspective, both as a mom navigating the process herself and as Hailey’s very first at-home “client.”

Together, we created We Like to Potty: inclusive, judgment-free potty training support that meets your child and your family exactly where they are. Our approach turns this milestone into a confidence-boosting win—and yes, we’ll have a little fun along the way.

  • “Hailey is amazing! She potty-trained our son in 3 days, and he is a pro. She was very patient with him and catered her style to fit his needs and motivators. She also helped us to be able to continue his progress after she left our home. We felt prepared and equipped to keep going on our own. We will definitely use her again for our other kids!”

    Dustin W.

  • “I feel very lucky that Hailey spearheaded this whole task for me, and I felt great knowing that my child was in capable hands during this potentially stress-inducing time. 100% would refer anyone to her. I witnessed her systematically get a whole Pre-K class from diapers to toilets and was blown away.”

    Cristina P.

  • “Hailey is a godsend! She broke things down simply and provided us all support! Potty training is just as much training the caregivers as the toddler, and she helped us construct a solid plan. Within a day of talking together, my daughter broke a huge barrier! Within a week, we were fully potty trained with no accidents, even three months later!”

    Brenna P.

  • “Our incredibly smart (and strong-willed) son refused to go in the potty until we found Miss Hailey! After just a few sessions with Miss Hailey, we no longer had a power struggle over potty time, and he was so proud of himself. She also taught my husband and me a lot about how to communicate with our son throughout this transition, which helped us for other big transitions ahead.”
